The Trade
List. Trade.
Surrender.
The exchange is the whole product. Three movements, performed once per lot, in the same order, always.
List
Composers upload a finished piece (stems, sheet music, demo). Singers upload an isolated vocal recording. A reserve price is set; the listing is reviewed within 48 hours.
Trade
A single buyer acquires the lot at reserve or above. Payment is held in escrow. The buyer receives every file the seller uploaded — masters, stems, scores, lyrics.
Surrender
All authorship, master rights, and publishing rights transfer to the buyer in full. The seller is paid within 48 hours. The seller's name is removed from the work. The lot is closed forever.
House rules
Five lines.
No fine print.
- 01
Every lot is sold exactly once. Re-listing the same work is grounds for removal.
- 02
Once acquired, the buyer is the sole legal author. They may release, alter, or shelve the work indefinitely.
- 03
No royalties, no streaming splits, no future claims. Payment is a single, final sum.
- 04
Voices are sold as recordings, not as performance contracts. A singer's future work is unaffected.
- 05
Compositions are sold as finished works. Buyers receive the right to commission a vocal performance separately.
